What is the delivery time for my order?
The average delivery time is 3 to 5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
What should I do if I haven't received my order yet?
Due to the high demand for our products, your item might arrive a little later than expected. We appreciate your understanding. If this period has passed and you still haven’t received your order, please send an email to klantenservice.avalora@gmail.com. We will investigate what’s happening with your package.
I want to exchange/return my order. How do I do this?
To return an item, simply contact our customer service via info@avalora-london.com. Please include your name, order number (e.g., #0000, which you received in the confirmation email), and the reason for returning the item. We will provide you with the return address and confirm your return. Once this is done, you can send the product back to us using a courier of your choice.
What are the return costs?
Unfortunately, returning items is at your own expense. The cost will depend on the courier. Please check the website of the courier you choose for more information on pricing.
What are the conditions for returning my product(s)?
You have a 14-day return period. The return period starts on the day you receive the item. However, there are conditions for returning items:
- The return period has not expired.
- The product is in its original packaging, with all tags still attached.
- The product has not been used.
